The way we work...

Payments: Payments can be made using credit or debit cards online via World Pay or by bank transfer.  All orders must be paid for in full before delivery or collection. Non refundable deposits are required for wedding, events and course bookings and at our discretion with full balance payable 14 days before supply. Corporate accounts, invoicing facilities and payment schedules may be arranged at our discretion. 


Cancellations: We require a minimum of 2 working days notice on cancellation of all fresh flower orders. For weddings and bespoke event & corporate work we require a minimum notice of 3 weeks for cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us via telephone where possible or via email if out of business hours. 
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage and candles if materials are not available on day of delivery/collection. We will endeavour to ensure substitutions are in keeping with the style and specifics of each order and to the same financial value. 

 

Out of Stock Items: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock.  Please contact us via telephone or email to discuss suitable substitutions.  Our fresh flower and plant stock changes regularly.  We always hold a varied selection of fresh cut flowers and plants that might not be available online. Please contact us for details. 

 

Damage/Refunds: In the unlikely event of damage to any goods we require notification within 24 hours of delivery via telephone where possible or via email if out of business hours. We ask that you keep your goods and where possible take a photograph of the damage. Where feasible we will offer to replace the damaged goods or offer a refund if notified within this period of time. If our goods on hire are damaged whilst on loan then all breakages will be charged at a previously agreed rate.

Pricing: All prices as indicated on our website are inclusive of vat. All local delivery prices are deemed by postcode location. Next day UK delivery charges are determined by our courier company and liable to change at any time. We reserve the right to review and change our prices from time to time. All prices will be charged as given on date of order.
